  • 💡My Ins and Outs for the New Year

As the 2024 is coming to a close, I am reflecting on the growth, blessings, and challenges this year has brought. I am so grateful for each of you and for the privilege to work with my patients every day.

I’m passionate about making the world a better place. I believe that reclaiming our health is key to positive change because health is a prerequisite to anything you want to achieve. It is the foundation for everything we aspire to—our dreams & goals, relationships, and contributions to the world depend on it. When we are healthy, we have the energy to live out our purpose.

It’s an honor to guide and support others on their health journeys so that they can fully embrace the life they envision.

With the new year comes resolutions and a fresh opportunity. It doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive: nourishing foods, good sleep, sunlight, time with family, letting go of the past, relaxing, focusing on your passion, letting go of limiting beliefs. Small, consistent steps in the right direction—this is the path to change.

Some thoughts as we enter 2025 ❤️—

  1. For those who are struggling with their health: It is natural to feel discouraged when confronted with difficulties, especially when it comes to your health. The world is full of demoralizing messages, but you have the power to rise above them. I really believe it’s never too late to begin again and start the healing process. Its important to remember the only limits we face are the ones we put on ourselves. Not every negative narrative has to define your journey, healing is possible, and you are capable of extraordinary things.

  2. Gratitude gets you to where you want to go: Every time we focus our energy and attention on the good things, we amplify their presence and impact in our lives. Gratitude acts as a powerful catalyst, inviting more of those blessings into our experience. Before we can elevate to new levels, we have to be grateful for where we are now.

  3. Act as you wish to be: Who do you aspire to become? What do they look like—how do they dress, act, eat, and navigate life? Sometimes its good to to write it all down and map out your vision of your ideal self. Each day, show up as that person. When you embody ideal qualities, you’ll naturally grow into the version of yourself that you’ve imagined.

  4. Your health is in your hands: Your body has an incredible capacity to heal and adapt when given the right tools and care. No one else controls your daily choices—what you eat, how you rest, or the thoughts you focus on—but that’s the empowering part. You have complete power to transform yourself and be healthy.

  5. You can make the world a better place: Whatever your purpose is—parenthood, painting, medicine, teaching, etc.— you are here to bring goodness into the world. Each of us possesses unique gifts and the world needs what you have to offer.

We live in an amazing time—we have knowledge at our fingertips, people are more receptive to new ideas than ever before, there is endless room for more beauty and goodness. My hope for 2025 is that we find the courage to embrace health and share our gifts. Its up to us to build the world we want to live in!
