I wanted to find a way to create a deeper connection with my followers and provide more insights into the content I share on other platforms. I'm excited to give you all a closer, more personal look into my world—sharing insights from my life, my research, and work.

As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been taking time to reflect on this past year!

It’s been busy, and I’m grateful for all the experiences this year brought. I was honored to speak at the Beljanski Conference and receive their Outstanding Cancer Center Award, welcomed new doctors to the team, completed the updated edition of The Cancer Revolution, recorded dozens of podcasts (and launched my own!), and continued growing this amazing community. I recovered from hip surgery, spent time with my family in Mexico, met some of you in Austin, and traveled to the Zenos Health Summit in Saudi Arabia. And through it all, I continued what I love most: showing up for my patients every single day!

I’m incredibly grateful for my staff, my patients, my family, and this online community. It’s a privilege to do this work, and to share my life’s work with you all! Exploring the complexities of the human body together is incredibly rewarding.

I still feel like there is so much more to share—especially now, when so many people are looking for clarity and real answers. And we’re just getting started! There’s so much ahead in the coming year, and I can’t wait to keep learning, growing, and evolving with all of you. ❤️

I am also so excited to share that we have added another new device to our services! The Regen Medical RCT machine is now available at the center.
